No. AI-assisted identification is one capability inside a full operations platform that covers scheduling, dispatch, routes, inspections, traps, corrective actions, service history and customer visibility.
Does Arthropix include both mobile and web applications?
Yes. Technicians work in the mobile app for routes, inspections and evidence capture. Managers and administrators work in the web dashboard. Customers get a separate portal view.
Can technicians work with limited connectivity?
Technicians can continue their assigned work and record inspection evidence for supported visit steps while connectivity is unreliable. The work is stored on the device and synchronized when the connection returns.
Can customers access their service information?
